Bataviasla Tarengo

This beautiful red-tinted Batavian variety Tarengo has shiny, slightly bubbling leaves. It forms large rosettes with a loose head and grows very quickly. You can sow Tarengo lettuce all year round. A particularly strong lettuce variety with high resistance to Rhizoctonia (fungus and root rot).

Even the seed is beautiful from Tarengo, shiny silver-coloured. Sow as thinly as possible in rows. Thin out later if necessary and give it another place. 30 cm row distance. It is better to sow somewhere where there is space, between the onions or herbs for example. Do not sow too deep 0.5 cm.
