China Rose is a type of radish with beautiful red sprouts. Rich in vitamin B6 and E. Eat a handful every day and benefit from an even stronger immune system.
Ingredients
Broccoli, red clover, China Rose.
Sprouting instructions
- Sprouting time: 3 to 5 days
- Soaking time: 4-8 hours
- Yield: yield 1 tbsp of dry seed yields 1.5 teacups of sprouts.
Soaking: place 1-2 tbsp of seeds in a glass jar with a sprouting lid or a piece of cheesecloth with an elastic band. Add water, shake and let drain briefly. Fill the jar with water again and let soak for between 4 and 8 hours. This is not necessary, but it does ensure faster germination. Empty the pot and place it in a colander and let it drain well. Place the lid loosely on it (for the first 2 days), this prevents the seeds from drying out. Place the pot in a warm place but not in the sun. Rinsing: rinse the pot with water twice a day. Storage: 6 to 7 days in the refrigerator.
