
Pak Choi
Chinese Pak Choi is a fast-growing cabbage. Six weeks after sowing, you can harvest Pak Choi. The taste is mild with delicious crispy leaf stalks that can be eaten raw or fried. You can sow Pak Choi twice a year, in spring and autumn. Not suitable for sowing in early summer because of bolting. Pak Choi can tolerate light frost and humid weather conditions well.
Sowing Pak Choi
From mid-March to May. Or early August to late September. Sow directly in the ground (sun/half shade) or in pots and then place them outside but not in full sun. Use large pots with sufficient depth, Pak Choi produces deep roots. Sow 1 to 2 cm deep, planting distance is 30 cm. The height of the plant is approximately 30 to 40 cm.
A strong vegetable that can be harvested well into the winter.
