Eggplant White Egg.
A striking white egg-shaped eggplant with a delicate flavor and creamy white-green texture. This plant with great ornamental value produces large quantities of small fruits of 5 to 7 cm and weighing around 30 grams. Beautiful to see how the white of the fruits contrasts with the green of the plant.
Ideal pot vegetable
This eggplant can be grown very well in pots, even if you prefer! Growing eggplants in pots gives you more control over nutrition, water and heat. Pots heat up faster than the ground. It is a sturdy and compact plant and the flowers are white and purple in color. To get lots of white eggplants, place the pot or plant in a sheltered and sunny spot.
Sowing and reaping
In February to April you can sow the eggplant in small pots or containers and place them on your windowsill or other warm spot. Do not sow the seed too deep, 0.5 cm and do not let the soil dry out. After 2 months, place the seedlings in larger pots or in the ground around June. You can harvest the fruits after about 65 days.
