Dill herbal tea : Dill seed tea.
- Take 1 to 2 teaspoons of lightly crushed dill seed
- Pour this over with 2.5 dl of boiling hot water
- Let it steep for 10 minutes
- Strain the tea and let it cool
Drink 2 to 3 cups a day. Save for a maximum of 24 hours, then create new ones.
Of course you give babies a few times a day, a few sips.
