Rhythm and power of nature
Demeter goes further than organic, but the organic regulations do form the basis. Biodynamic farming requires careful observation. The farmer as mediator between the often invisible life forces that we cannot explain directly from the countable and measurable world, but that do determine our life on earth. In case of diseases of a plant or animal, our farmers and market gardeners look for the solution by looking at the overall health of the company. In doing so, the farmer moves as much as possible with the rhythm and force of nature instead of dominating it. This creates balance, resilience and restorative capacity.
